– the description and characteristics of the property such as the asking price or rent, year of construction, surface areas and layout, cadastral data and the WOZ value

– if the property has been sold or leased: the transaction details such as the sale or lease price and the transaction date

When you engage us as a brokerage firm to purchase or rent a property or conduct a viewing at a property, our brokerage firm may record the following information:
– your name, address and contact information such as your phone number and email address
– the search profile which includes your wishes about a property
– information about your current property such as the purchase or rental price the reason for buying or renting, e.g. bigger house or change of job
– your age and income category and family composition
– when you have bought or rented a property: the transaction information such as the purchase or rental price and the transaction date
– other information you provide to us
You are buying or renting a property from someone who uses our brokerage firm.
When you have bought or rented a property and the seller or landlord has been assisted by our brokerage firm, our brokerage firm may record the following information:
– your name, address and contact information such as your telephone number and e-mail address
– information about the property you bought or rented such as the address, characteristics of the property , the purchase or rental price and the transaction date
– the reason for buying or renting
– your age and income category and family composition
– information about your old property such as the purchase or rental price
– other information you provide to us
What does our real estate agency use this data for?
You are selling or renting your property or you are looking for another property
Our real estate agency uses your data to carry out the mediation assignment you have given us. Your data may also be used:
– to bring your property to the public’s attention, for example on Funda, on our agency’s website or in sales brochures
– to perform appraisals and other valuations (your property is only used as a reference property)
– to perform analyses and reports so that our agency can improve its services

You are looking for another property
When you engage our real estate agency to buy or rent a property or make a viewing at a property. Your data may also be used:
– to send information regarding other properties
– to perform analysis and reporting so that we can improve our services
– to prepare formal documents; Purchase Deed, Purchase Agreement, (OTD) Service Order or Appraisal Report
You are buying or renting a property from someone who uses the services of our brokerage office.
Our brokerage office uses your data to maintain contact with you, for example to send you the purchase agreement. Your data may also be used:
– for advisory purposes, when you have requested it
– to perform analysis and reporting so that we can improve our services
– to prepare formal documents; Purchase Deed, Purchase Agreement, (OTD) Order for Services or Valuation Report
Security and retention period
Our brokerage firm will ensure that your data is adequately secured so that your data is protected against unauthorized use, unauthorized access, modification and unlawful destruction. Your data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations and to resolve any disputes.
Inspection, correction and deletion
Please address requests for inspection, correction or deletion of data to our brokerage office, stating your name and address. In principle, our brokerage office will respond to a request for inspection or correction within four weeks. In the event of a request for deletion, our brokerage office will delete the personal data in question as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires us to retain the personal data in question or there are (other) compelling reasons that oppose deletion.
