We are registered in the Register of the NRVT, Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs. All our valuation reports are validated by the NWWI (Nederlands Woning Waarde Instituut).
This gives you more security and ensures that any bank or other mortgage lender will accept your appraisal report.
In an appraisal, we pay attention to the following aspects, among others:
