Our clients appreciate us as a buying agent because we stand beside you throughout the process. We keep an eye on the current housing offer for you and we will inform you if the house meets your wishes. During a viewing, we look at the house critically and objectively. Are there any defects? Is the asking price not too high? Among other things, we check the land register, negotiate with the selling agent and check the contract of sale. With our buying advice you can choose between four packages, budget, basic, premium or excellent. The big advantage of premium and excellent is that we help you search for your new home. You will be introduced to properties via WhatsApp and then we will accompany you to viewings. This is preceded by an extensive intake interview so that we can discuss your wishes.
